About This Project

The two rectangular forms in this new build were linked with a spine like concrete slab roof running along the centre. With two perfect pitches on either side of the concrete roof, a certain serenity is achieved and enhanced by the water feature. Steel pergolas where used to create repetition mimicking the uniformity of the gables on either side.

On entering this balanced home a line of site is achieved straight through the space; under the water feature and through the pergola the swimming pool draws the eye.
